BLOOM House Rules

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, all residents agree to the following:

Sobriety

• Zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol

• Random drug and alcohol testing may be conducted

Respect & Conduct

• Treat all residents, staff, and neighbors with respect

• No violence, harassment, or bullying

• Maintain confidentiality and privacy

Participation

• Attend required house meetings

• Participate in chores and shared responsibilities

• Actively engage in recovery and personal growth

Accountability

• Follow curfew and house schedules

• Communicate honestly with staff

• Take responsibility for actions and consequences

Failure to follow house rules may result in disciplinary action or dismissal from the program.

CORE HOUSE RULES

• Clean UA required prior to move-in and random testing thereafter

• No alcohol or illegal drugs

• NM Medical Marijuana permitted off-property only

• No possession or use of marijuana or paraphernalia on property

• No smoking tobacco or marijuana inside the house

• No violence, theft, or harassment

• No overnight guests

• Respect confidentiality of all residents

CONSEQUENCES

Level 1 (Minor): verbal/written warning, extra outdoor chores
Level 2 (Serious): probation, increased testing, possible non-renewal
Level 3 (Zero Tolerance): positive or refused UA, possession/use on property, violence or theft = immediate termination
