RESIDENT APPLICATION 

Applicants must complete the full application, provide valid identification, emergency contact information, recovery history, and submit a clean urine analysis (UA) prior to move-in. Falsification of information may result in denial or termination of residency.

BLOOM House, Inc. is a peer-supported sober living residence and is not a medical, clinical, or licensed treatment facility. BLOOM House does not provide detoxification, counseling, or medical services. Residents are independent adults choosing to live in a structured, recovery-focused environment.

Residency does not establish a landlord-tenant relationship under New Mexico law. Residency is granted on a week-to-week basis and renews only upon timely rent payment and continued compliance with house rules. BLOOM House reserves the right to deny, terminate, or non-renew residency for rule violations, failure to maintain sobriety, non-payment, or behavior that compromises the safety or recovery of others.
